Exhibitions are a central part of the Dublin University Photography Association’s activities. Throughout the year, DUPA provides opportunities for members to present their work publicly, share projects with the wider community, and experience the process of preparing photography for display.
These exhibitions showcase a wide range of photographic practices and styles. Members submit their work for consideration, and selected photographs are professionally printed and exhibited in galleries or exhibition spaces around Dublin and on campus. For many members, these exhibitions are their first experience seeing their work displayed in a public setting.
Alongside our major annual exhibitions, DUPA also supports smaller displays, collaborative projects, and themed showcases. These events highlight the diversity of work produced within the society—from documentary and portraiture to experimental and fine-art photography.
Whether you are an experienced photographer or just starting out, exhibitions provide an opportunity to share your work, engage with other photographers, and contribute to the creative community within Trinity College Dublin.
