Products are covered by a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. For assistance or to initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team.

11. Target Customer Base and Purchase Eligibility
The Dublin University Photography Association (DUPA) primarily serves the student community of Trinity College Dublin, offering products and services tailored to meet the needs and interests of college students. Our offerings include a range of photography-related products, resources, and events designed to support and enrich the student experience.
While our focus is on the Trinity College Dublin student body, DUPA’s online shop is open to the general public. All customers, regardless of their affiliation with Trinity College Dublin, are welcome to purchase from our store. However, customers should be aware that certain products, services, or discounts may be specifically designed for students and may require verification of student status.
All orders must be picked up in person at a specified location within Trinity College Dublin. Customers will be notified via email when their orders are ready for pickup, along with pickup location details and hours of operation. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for pickup during the designated times. Please note that shipping or delivery services are not offered at this time.
By accessing and using the DUPA online shop, all customers agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, including our policies on order pickup and any special conditions that may apply to student-focused products and services.
